Jenai Alyssa Johnson is a Food Writer and culinary scholar who specializes in non-fiction.

In 2021, I earned an Associate’s degree in General Studies on a Political Science track from Wallace Community College. After this accomplishment, I proceeded to earn a Bachelor’s in Applied Food Studies December 2023. I teach the craft of writing along side ELA skills as I apply for graduate programs in Public Policy. Food writing and policy are the fields I aspire to work in. I’m an avid fan of libraries and enjoy learning about information science. Research is my bread and butter. I enjoy going out into the field and making new discoveries as I build my thesis for grad school.
